What I have known for sure since the age of 5 years:
What is "Power"?
(according to Ingo Swann)
Real power is the power OF life that INGO SWANN illuminates your cells, senses, bones, blood, muscles, and organs.
Real power makes it possible for you to think, walk, talk, work, breathe, love, smile, eat, enjoy ...
Real power seeks to create, learn, connect, share, and express itself through you.
Feeling powerless in life leads to anxiety, depression, hopelessness, poverty, addiction, crime, wars, suffering, all sorts of unhappiness, violence to oneself or others, and all those sorts of things we call "bad" because they don't feel good.
Being in flow with the power OF life leads to joy, connection, love, support, sharing, abundance, and all those sorts of things we call "good"!
Power "over" is power as fear, conditional power dependent on control, an exercise ultimately ending in futility. See Ingo's two volumes on the Secrets of Power. He tells it like it is!
First Sight, James C. Carpenter: First Sight theory proposes that, like electricity, psychic experience is actually going on all the time. Also like electricity, it is almost always out of sight in its functioning ... it is the leading edge of the unconscious processes that the mind uses to construct all its experience and all its behavior. Because it traffics with things that have not reached the physical senses, it is our first line of engagement with the world, our first outpost of information ... consciousness begins unconsciously ... beyond the limits of our sensory systems, with apprehensions that are too far away or too hidden to be sensed and apprehensions of things that have not even happened yet. Carpenter, James C. First Sight (p. 3). Rowman & Littlefield Publishers. Kindle Edition.
What are Life Energy Powers?
What are Life Energy Powers?
Ingo Swann, father of military remote viewing, calls life energy powers "biosuperpowers."
These powers include:
powers of awareness, observation, attention, discernment (recognition of importance and significance as well as identification), understanding, cognizing (or groking, as Heinlein puts it in Stranger in a Strange Land) ...
sensitivity, empathy, love, and compassion ...
probing, projecting, directing, telepathy, and telekinesis ...
experiencing and integrating ...
remote viewing, foreseeing, intuiting, knowing ...
and, finally, "sourcing beyond the self."
I would add: dreaming.

Biosuperpowers Are Normal, Natural, Practical, and Desirable; Lack Thereof is Undesirable, to say the least ....
There is abundant scientific evidence that human beings have these biosuperpowers and that they are actually supernormal, not supernatural, as scientist Dean Radin notes. If you haven't done your research, his website is a good place to start: www.deanradin.org. If you have done your research, or have not blocked your natural sensitivity, you already know you are a multi-sensory being not limited to five senses.
And I think it's safe to say most people have firsthand experience with so-called "psychic phenomena," including instances of telepathy, "knowing," encounters with significant others who have passed on, and much more. For the great majority of us, we don't need to be convinced that life, the universe, and reality are all beyond extraordinary. We already know it.
What is the akasha? What does "akasha" mean?
"Akasha" is Sanskrit for "subtle space," "fundamental luminosity," or "pre-matter radiance."
It is the medium of reality, or field, that connects every wave and point of light to every other wave and point of light.
In Raja Yoga, the akasha is noted to be present every where and every when; it is within and outside of all form, time, and space.
It is formless and invisible when unconditioned (not given a form) by consciousness. It is visible as form (a stone, a person, a butterfly, grass, a star) when conditioned by consciousness.
You can also think of the akasha as pure energy and of form as patterned energy. Form can also be described as energy patterns of vibrations within and made out of the akashic field. The energy pattern of steel is different from the energy pattern of an apple, yet they are both composed of the same basic stuff: the akasha, or field, out of which emerges energy, light, and vibration.
The akasha retains impressions of all the forms it has turned into throughout all time and space. It also retains impressions of all actions taken by all forms.
For more information on the nature of the akasha, see Consciousness, the Yoga Sutras, and Remote Viewing under the Remote Viewing tab.
See also Valerie Varan's talk on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rBshmwf-iaw&t=2615s She knows her physics!!! Although the talk is addressed to near-death experiencers, the physics underlying remote viewing, telepathy, and Ingo's biosuperpowers are the same.
